Since 1995, I have served as a member of emergency services operations and training across the United States and world. This included time with the United States Air Force, United States Department of Defense, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, State of Wyoming, and State of Washington. Over the years, I gained a passion for worker and first responder safety that carries me through to this day.
While many careers are dangerous by nature, setting clear expectations, properly training, reducing risk where possible, and striving for continual improvement within an organization's safety culture will routinely reduce the number of injuries, illnesses, and incidents.
